Lorena Cruz is the director of Joseph Rodriguez's underwriting and policy servicing team.  She ensures that Joseph's new clients have a smooth underwriting process when applying for risk management products by acting as a point of contact between the client and Northwestern Mutual's underwriting staff at the home office.  Lorena also takes care in the servicing of all the existing policies of Joseph's existing clients.  Once you have become one of Joseph's clients, Lorena will be available to answer questions and handle servicing requests you may have.
